The only reason to keep them long is to attract more attention! Isn’t it why women wear jewelry?
Earrings are relatively fast to create and cheaper to buy at art and craft shows. It is the most popular jewelry item for artists as well as customers. When you are getting ready for the show, don’t forget to include two or three popular styles in your collection.

This year I presented earrings made following my own bead patterns. I enhanced some of the designs with dramatic accents and sold most of my earrings. Whether you are making beaded earrings for yourself or trying to select designs for the upcoming show, knowing your customers is a key.
Earrings based on Water Flower design create an intrigue!
They are reversible, they are long and they are light. Add a hanging element to the Water Flower motif and you are done.

Earrings based on Nabia design add glamour!
The crystal focal point in Nabia is not as open and striking as usual “bling” jewelry. It is covered with Crescent beads just enough to invite you to take a look.
Adding a hanging element to Nabia design dramatically changes the picture.
I made this pair of earrings just a day before the show started and sold it a couple of days later. Two abalone shell elements attached to the basic beaded Nabia elements created a whole different world where Nabia became not just a goddess, but a queen of goddesses.
Spectacular beadwork doesn’t have to be complicated, it has to resonate!

Transform them into a longer version for the evening events you are planning to attend.
Detachable parts let you choose your length. A toggle clasp solves the problem!
It is never too late!
I started wearing earrings only in my 30s. Having a fashion advice from a girlfriend or a stylist was always useful. Whether you tried wearing long and spectacular earrings or not, it is never too late to start!
