For a busy person, the decision is pretty simple: the quicker, the better!

Tutorial (in Italian)

Earring design and video made by Martina Marsella.

I made two pairs, modifying the pattern for the beads and findings I found in my stash.

Raspberry Red Hearts

These earrings were made with SuperDuo beads instead of MiniDuo. It worked fine.

I used Czech bicones instead of Swarovki, and Japanese seed beads (no brand was listed on a tube and they didn’t look like Toho to me).

As for the posts, I couldn’t find 6 mm and decided to try 8 mm instead. To make the earring wrap the post’s disk, I had to adjust the number of seed beads size 11 in the second row from 5 to 7.

Turquoise Gold Hearts

This pair was made with MiniDuo, as recommended in the video. I used same 8 mm post as for Raspberry Red Hearts. Also, I chose Czech seed beads size 11 and they fitted fine.

The beauty of this super quick project is in the sparkles of the bicones! And you get to wear a new pair of earrings within an hour.
