Diagonal Peyote Leaves and Petals

Did you notice the new Monthly Tutorial page?
What do you think, are 30 days enough time to experiment with a new beading project?

This month, I prepared a tutorial for an earring design featuring rose flower leaves and petals.
If you are already familiar with the Peyote stitch technique, it will be easy to follow this new tutorial. If you need help understanding basic peyote, try my video tutorial for even-count Peyote stitch.

What is good about the Leaves and Petals tutorial, you can apply everything you learn to make different flowers. For example, you can make five petals instead of three. Moreover, you can choose between two ways of making a leaf or a flower petal. You don’t have to use both.

Making leaves and petals is a relatively quick beading task. Having just 30 minutes a day, you can complete the whole project in a week. Perfect for busy people who still want to create despite their schedules packed with many essential tasks.

So rush to take a pick and learn a new technique!

When the Leaves and Petlas tutorial will be replaced with something new, you might be also interested to try the Herringbone Flower or Small Flower Petal tutorial. Let’s create beaded flowers year-round!
